This presentation focuses on how lateral you have to think in order to imaginatively communicate the benefits of new Information Management initiatives. Wiltshire Council decided to implement HP TRIM Electronic document and records management software and Share Point as their information management tools and the proverb "reap what you sew" is pertinent to their experiences as they describe how their efforts in the early days is reaping benefits today.
