Ergo Group is the second largest serviceprovider in Norway and they are a strategic customer and partner for HP. They use HP Service Management, HP Operation Center, HP Network Managemetn Center, BAC and uCMDB. Ergo Group implemented HP BAC in desember 2008 and replaced compuware end to end solution. The solution is based on the use of RUM (BAC Real User Monitor) DPM's, sitescope and diagnostics. Their story is a great example of how effectively a customer can use HP BAC and gain competitive advantage and provide value to their end customers.
