SSC is a Service company providing services such as new SAP implementation, maintenance and operations to Telecom Italia and other customers. SSC chose HP PPM to govern in real time and with effective collaborative processes its entire portfolio of IT projects, applications and opportunities. With such governance SSC provides to all stakeholders a clear view into all project's aspects, delivering complex programs on time, on budget and at high quality. Providing help to represent and certify all relevant SSC processes, HP PPM is also supporting SSC in its CMMI (Capability Maturity Model® Integration) and ISO compliance path.
