As this years contribution to a “green event” concept, HP are offering complimentary CAT tickets for the transfer from Vienna Airport to the city centre. The Laboratory for Ecological Analysis in Vienna has announced that the CAT has the lowest CO2 emissions per passenger/kilometre compared to both bus, and taxi for the journey from the airport to the city.
The CAT needs only 16 minutes for the journey to downtown Vienna and runs on a 30 minute schedule between 06:00Am and midnight.
In order to get your free ticket please go to the HP welcome desk in the baggage reclaim hall which is open on Sunday 07th , Monday 08th and Tuesday 09th during the main arrival periods.
In addition, from Tuesday 09th onwards, free public transportation passes are available in the congress centre from the HP information desk which are valid for all underground, metro, tram and bus services within the city of Vienna for a period of two days.
